Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the laser level and all original accessories, manuals, and calibration certificates back into the original hardshell case and shipping box.

  Shipping the Product

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value electronics.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and calibration, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
